Hotel Torre Saracena Praiano, Praiano

My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, nestled in the garden with lots of privacy and a small terrace around. Although slightly small, they met all our needs. The service was exceptional, with beautiful and friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure all our requirements were met, even assisting us in booking a tour to Pompeii. The location was a dream, right on the shore line with amazing views of the coast and easy access to various activities. The dining experience was delicious, especially the breakfast spread with freshly baked goodies and the best cappuccino. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel offers neat, clean, and very comfortable rooms with a small terrace, providing independence and privacy. However, the rooms lack an iron and are located directly under the dining room. The staff is described as the most helpful and polite encountered during the Italy trip, offering exceptional service. The dining experience receives varied feedback, with some finding it delicious and fresh but others disappointed by limited options. Overall, the hotel offers a cozy stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects. The rooms, though smaller below the road, were surprisingly clean and spacious with a fantastic big balcony featuring sun loungers. The service, especially after checkout, was exceptional with the staff being incredibly nice and helpful. The location, while needing some tidying up, was brilliant, offering a peaceful retreat in Praiano yet conveniently located with easy access to transportation options. The dining experience was very good overall, with a great selection and proximity to town. The facilities provided additional convenience and enjoyment to my stay.

The hotel offers a splendid view of the ocean just 63 steps from the top, with clean and lovely rooms. The service was superb, ensuring all our needs were met and assisting with booking tours. The location provides easy access to various activities along the coast, although it's not in Praiano central. The dining experience was amazing with plenty of choices, and facilities were well-maintained.
